These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, your purchases made through our website and your rights and obligations in connection with the purchases you make. By using this website and (where applicable) by purchasing parts through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. Please read them carefully.

Prices: 

The prices listed on our website are valid only for online orders. We may update our prices at any time without notice to you. Of course, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. We recommend checking current prices at the time of your purchase.

Payment:

We do not provide cash on delivery (COD) for parts shipments. Paying for your order through our website is quick, easy and secure.

Order processing time:

We do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible. We typically process and ship in-stock orders within 24 hours of you submitting your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. We will probably require additional time to fulfill orders for parts that are not in our inventory when you placed your order.

Oversized items:

If you order an unusually large or heavy part (for example, an engine block or a body panel), we’ll need to confirm shipping arrangements and any additional charges with you before processing the order. We’ll do our best to process these orders within 24 hours, but we may be delayed in dispatching and delivering your oversized orders.

Order cancellation and returns:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may cancel your order at any time before the item ships. After your order ships, you may be able to return the item, subject to the terms below. Special order or custom parts may not be eligible for cancellation or return. Please contact us for details.

We want to make the return process as simple and easy as possible. The more information you provide, the quicker we can help. To start a return, please provide a valid invoice number and a reason for the return. Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be provided to the same method of payment that you used when placing your order.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns that are not a direct result of our error. We want to make sure the items returned are in a condition we can resell, and this fee helps us cover some of the costs associated with processing returns.

Returned parts must be in new, resaleable condition and in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns for any parts that have been used, installed, modified or damaged (including damage through improper use or installation). We also cannot accept returns for any electrical parts for any reason, so please verify suitability before you place your order.

Unless the return is due to our error (as described below), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the parts are properly packed to avoid damage during the return shipment. If the parts are damaged for any reason when we receive them, we will not accept the return.

We will inspect the returned item and issue a refund if appropriate. The inspection and refund process may take a few business days, and it may take a few business days more for the refund to appear in your account. 

Missing, damaged or incorrect parts:

It’s important to us that you get your parts, on time, every time. We work hard to ensure timely and accurate delivery. We are not responsible, however, for any lost or stolen packages after they have left our warehouse. You may be able to get compensation from the carrier if a part is damaged in transit (whether from us to you, or from you to us). Please contact your carrier for more information. We’ll do our best to work with you and the carrier to figure out what happened.

Please inspect your order immediately after you receive it to ensure everything is as you expected. If your order contains missing, damaged or incorrect parts, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, we treat the order as final and we will not accept any claims for missing, damaged or incorrect parts, regardless of who is at fault. 

If you’ve ordered the wrong part and failed to provide us with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) at the time of order the part will not be returnable. 

If we’ve sent you the wrong part, please provide us with the VIN of the vehicle for which the part was ordered. This will allow us to verify part compatibility and process your return more efficiently.

We are not responsible for any errors or damage caused directly or indirectly from your installation of the parts. Please make sure to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions.

Freight charges on returns with core charges:

If your order includes parts with a core charge, and you need to return those parts, you will be responsible for paying the freight charges associated with the return. Please plan accordingly when making a return.

Manufacturer’s warranty:

A manufacturer’s warranty may apply to the parts you purchased. Please contact the manufacturer directly for the terms and conditions of any applicable warranty, or contact us for more information.

Lawyer stuff:

Our lawyers want us to tell you some important lawyer things.

First, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited solely to the amount you paid for the parts purchased through our website. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific part or service that gave rise to the claim.

Second, these Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes or claims arising from your use of our website or purchase of parts, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You are attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Third, you are prohibited from using any automated means, including but not limited to robots, crawlers, scrapers, or data mining tools, to access, collect, scrape, or gather content, information, or data from our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized automated access and scraping of our website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or the termination of your access to our services.
